Founded in 2001, Oğulcan Makina is specialized in machining, conveyor, spare parts and special machinery.
Our company serves its customers in 300 m2 closed and 900 m2 open area.
Ogulcan Makina has machining experience of different kinds of materials including alloy steels, stainless steels, aluminium alloys according to customer’s request.
Ogulcan Makina produces components by CNC lathes, CNC swiss type turning, CNC vertical/horizantal milling , CNC 5 Axis millling, CNC polygon turning, broaching, grinding, lapping and polishing processes.
Ogulcan Makina produces various types of components with different sizes by making efficient use of its modern technology and high technology machining equipments.

CNC Machining
CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining is a subtractive manufacturing technology: parts are created by removing material from a solid block (called the blank or the workpiece) using a variety of cutting tools.
CNC machining is a digital manufacturing technology: it produces high-accuracy parts with excellent physical properties directly from a CAD file. Due to the high level of automation, CNC is price-competitive for both one-off custom parts and medium-volume productions.
Roller Conveyor
A gravity roller conveyor lets a product move along the conveyor using the force of gravity to move the load. Gravity conveyors, also known as roller conveyors, are among the simplest, most economical and most versatile types of conveyors. They work by allowing the product to roll along the upper surface. These work well when mounted on a slight decline, as parts automatically move across the conveyor. This makes them indispensable in warehouses, production facilities, distribution centers and any other facility in which boxes or crates are handled.
